Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please send an email to sajrwlrda@outlook.com. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.
